Video Production- Changes and Alteration terms from Cliq Entertainment
a. Changes or alterations to the production can be made only ‘twice’ and in stages. At the first stage, changes to the production will only be permitted within ‘Two Weeks’ after client has received first draft of the edited work. At the second stage, the client can make a second change after the first amended project has been submitted to the client within an additional One week.
By this, it means that the client has a period of Three Weeks to review the project after which changes or alterations can be suggested and made, also note that changes or alterations outside the scope agreed can attract additional charge.
b. Other than as stated in clause ‘a’ above, changes or alteration that arises after, Cliq Entertainment reserves the right to charge an additional fee.
c. The production will bear the Cliq Entertainment Copyright print across until final payments have been made after which, the master copy will be delivered.
